Couples' Only Mountain Elopement Packages: Monday thru Wednesdays any time of year and weekends November thru March, excluding holiday weeks.

Mountain Micro Weddings: May 20th through October 15th.

No. The interior of the Lodge is reserved for the lodging party only.  Day guests during your event period are not permitted inside. It may not be used for event cooking or as a weather shelter. A tent must be rented from one of our preferred vendors if shelter is needed.  Our Mountain Elopement packages are the only packages that include indoor event space.

Only in the ELOPEMENT packages is it included.  Catering is not included in the Micro or the Ceremony-only site. You must hire a professional caterer, bartender, or food truck from our vetted vendor list. All vendors must be licensed, insured, and remove all trash at the end of the event. Bar staff must be T.I.P.S. certified and insured.

If your total guest count (including the couple) is under 25, a Day of Coordinator is not required but still recommended. For gatherings over 25 guests, one must be hired from our vendor list.

Tax, Pet Fee, and/or Damage Deposit (auth on credit card)

Any items not expressly mentioned in the package are not included.

Tours require a $150 appointment fee, which is credited to your package if you sign an agreement and make a reservation deposit within 48 hours. Additional planning visits cost $150 per visit (up to 1.5 hours). Exception: the ceremony-only site tour fee is not credited to bookings of that site.
