Blue Sky Mountain Ranch Weddings

MICRO WEDDING packages (events with more than 14 guests) are available from May 20th through October 15th, OUTDOOR event.  The interior of the Lodge is for the lodging party (maximum 12 guests) only, not for events, cooking, or use as weather shelter. No indoor space is provided for day guests. If shelter is needed, a tent must be rented from one of our preferred vendors. The base MICRO Wedding package of $8,500 accommodates 50 or fewer day guests. An additional charge of $35/guest-vendor applies for events numbering over 50 to a max of 85.

Catering is not included in the MICRO WEDDING package.  Professional caterers/bartenders/food trucks and a Day of Coordinator must be hired from our vetted vendor list, who are licensed, insured, and remove all trash from the venue at the event's end. Bar staff must be T.I.P.S. certified. Under 25 total attendees including the couple, do not require a Day of Coordinator, but it is still recommended.

Any and all gatherings with day guests or vendors—including elopements, parties, reunions, ceremonies, concerts, film shoots and/or dinner parties—require a separate event agreement, permit, insurance, and applicable fees. Camping tents, campers, or RVs are only allowed with additional fees.

Additional charges for holiday weeks, while generous discounts are available for bookings Monday to Wednesday. 

If an item is not expressly mentioned in the package, it is not included.

TOURS/Site Visits: Tours of Blue Sky Mountain Ranch require a $150 visit/appointment fee which can be credited to your booking upon signing your agreement and making a reservation deposit within 48 hours of tour. Any additional site visits needed for planning purposes prior to event will incur a $150 per visit fee up to 1.5 hours. Only exception where a visit/tour fee will not be credited is on the ceremony-only site (ex. not purchasing a package).

Package rates do not include 4.9% CO State/County tax, pet fee, security deposit.
