Private use of the ranch grounds from 10AM to 230PM on a Tuesday or Wednesday for up to 20 guests including the wedding couple

Dedicated, professional coordinator who is also your officiant to manage your timeline, welcome guests, cue music, and ensure your morning flows, so you don't have to worry about details.

* couples may also bring their own officiant if preferred

Up to 1.5hrs of continuous coverage by a curated mountain-landscape photographer capturing your ceremony, family portrait, and a private couples' session against the Ranch's epic backdrops. 20 final photos & a video vignette will be produced for you- deliverable within a  week.

Elegant glass dispensers featuring refreshing ice-cold mountain water from our deep mountain spring alongside your choice of premium lavender-infused lemonade or classic sweet iced tea.

Bring your own selection of premium beer, seltzers & wine. We provide galvanized rustic tubs filled with ice, high-end disposable glassware, and elegant cocktail napkins.

A styled, self-serve grazing spread featuring artisanal charcuterie boards, wraps/crossaints and fresh fruit skewers with fancy plastic/paper servingware.  China & Glass is available as an upgrade.

Simple round wedding cake from a premier local bakery, delivered fresh to the ranch and served on a rustic, log wood cookie turn table with cake cutter.

Use of our premum ultra-realistic florals for your table and your bridal bouquet, as well as white linens, beige table runners and/or cheese cloths and lanterns.

Premium, high-fidelity Bluetooth speaker system set up w/mic,  ready to broadcast your custom wedding playlist.

9AM to 10AM:  Arrive 1 hour prior to your guests to relax and decompress inside our luxury log cabin. Enjoy private access to our state-of-the-art home theater room with plush leather seating. Sip on premium, light morning refreshments (such as sparkling cider, coffee, and local pastries) while watching your guests arrive outdoors and file into the ceremony site in the immediate backyard. Provides the perfect, stress-free buffer to touch up hair & makeup or put on that dress in privacy.

Depending on time of year opt for either: a rustic wooden crate filled with 20 premium, rolled fleece/sherpa blankets & thank you notes at the ceremony site/reception to take home as keepsakes, or, picturesque white umbrellas for sun or rainy conditions for your guests.
