MOUNTAIN WEDDINGS

Elopement packages for up to 12 max may be booked any month of the year excluding major holiday weeks. The Micro Wedding package is only available from the 1st of June thru 1st weekend in October being all events numbering over 12 must be held outdoors.  

Booking the ranch for lodging never allows elopements, parties, reunions, ceremonies, dinner party/rehearsal dinners, visits by day guests or any vendors, or any other event type parties or occassions.  These types of activities, uses and day guests/additional vendors are not permitted on property without an additional agreement, fees and liability/event insurance. Day guests/vendors over the 12 lodging capacity are only permitted on the ranch during event hours offered in Micro Wedding package.  

For the Micro wedding package: Defined as any event with a guest count over 12. There are no indoor spaces offered in the event package for your day guests. If you wish to have shelter for day guests, a tent must be rented from a vendor. The interior of the Lodge may not, under any circumstances be used for events, cooking/prep for events, inclimate weather, with the exception of the lodging party's usage (12 max). 

Professional caterers and bartending services must be hired at your own expense from our vetted vendors list with business licenses and liability to serve on property, ability to operate without an onsite indoor kitchen and cart all trash off the property at event's end. Bar staffers/servers must be T.I.P.S. certified.

There are upcharges during holiday weeks and discounts for events held Monday thru Wednesday. Camping tents, campers or RV's are not permitted.

If an item is not mentioned in the packages above, that item is not included.

TOURS/Site Visits: Tours of the Ranch require a $150 visit/appointment fee which will be credited to your booking upon signing your agreement and making a reservation deposit. Any additional site visits required before your event for planning purposes are at $150 each for up to 1.5hrs.  The only time a visit/tour fee will not be credited is if you are renting the ceremony space only (ie not purchasing a package).

Package rates do not include 4.9% Colorado State & County tax, lodging outclean fee , pet fee or security deposit.
