Q)  What time is check in/check out?    Can I Check-in Early or Check-Out Late? 
A) Check-in is 3pm and 10am is check out.  You may be able to check-in early (or) check-out late only if our schedule permits. Early Check-in is $150 which permits as well as confirms you can arrive between 12noon and 245pm and Late check-out is $150 permits and confirms you can extend check out time to 12noon. Squirrel's Nest RV Experience or the Romantic Cabin Early Check in (or) Check out is $75 per early arrival or late departure and the same policy above applies.  It's best to confirm these types of requests way ahead of time.  For example, if we do book a same day turnover of the property prior to you deciding, one or both options would be no longer available to you.

Q) How much is the outclean fee?
$450 for The Lodge,  $169 for Most Romantic Cabin Accomodation & $120 for Squirrel's Nest Glamping Experience.

Q) Are you pet friendly? 
YES! However, there are Pet Fees.  The Lodge is $250 for up to 2 dogs,  Romantic Cabin is $75 for up to 1 dog and the Glamping RV experience is $50 for up to 1 dog.  These are also the pet limit restrictions according to each accommodation.

Q) Why don't I see open dates for the Romantic Cabin in certain months?
A) The Romantic Cabin dates are released only 3-6 months out depending on the time of year.  It's not always open, so book quickly when you see dates available.

Q) What if I want to book more than a week? 
A) See rates for a week or more by clicking "here". Be sure to tell us the exact number of guests staying, how many nights, if bringing any pets, and this will more than likely save you a bit on nightly published nightly rates for The Lodge only. Lower rates for longer stays at The Squirrel's Nest or The Romantic Cabin are not available.

Q) Are there additional charges for events, parties, reunions, day guests, etc?
A) Yes.  Please review our "Event Page"  for details, packages and fees.

Q) Do you offer catered dinners, beverage service, chef service and/or shopping/stocking service on property?
A) Yes, we do.  If interested, send us all details and our food/bev coordinator will quote, assist and organize these services for you.

Q) What if we'd like to book excursions on/off property or would like an airport transfer/car service/limo?  Do you handle that? 
A) Yes, we know all the service providers, outfitters and the best places locally.  We'd be happy to organize and book these for you.
